First(s) of the Season

We traveled to the city on Tuesday to take some more boxes and visit my son's new school. His new teacher is a sweetheart - yay! Nine days until we move... wow. This past year feels like such a blur. Well, while we were there we had to swing by the Starbucks drive-thru to get the first official iced coffee of the season! Is there anything better? I think not. I meandered around our backyard while I sipped it and also enjoyed the first spring blossoms in our garden. I look forward to playing around in the dirt once we're settled. This is only the beginning of the splendor that's coming our way.

Have you heard? There's a new Starbucks App that allows you to pay for your coffee with your phone! It's only at Starbucks in Targets for now, but we frequent the one in St. Louis so I'll get to test this out soon enough. What will they think of next?
